Design studio Hello Wood presents its latest creation in the form of the Console House. It is located on the forested land of the Dunabogdany village in Hungary. The mountain retreat is harmonious with the nature it is surrounded by, intentionally using timber and other materials.
The Console House rests on the hillside and floats over the forest floor on top of narrow stilts. This ensures that the home has a minimal impact on the ground below to preserve the landscape. The hidden position of the home makes it turn into a tranquil lookout over the green terrain. The structure is bold and minimal as the sweeping and cantilevered roof roots the overall architectural identity of the home.
